Allevia Health takes confidentiality very seriously and our people are bound by confidentiality obligations in their employment and/or service agreements. We expect the same from you.

Zero tolerance

Allevia Health employees treat our patients with courtesy and respect and ask for the same in return. 

Our staff have the right to carry out their work without violence, abuse or harassment. Any behaviour verbal or physical, which causes staff to feel uncomfortable, embarrassed or threatened, is unacceptable. This zero-tolerance policy includes aggression or threats made in person, over the telephone, in written communication, or online. We consider threatening behaviour to be: 

  1. Attempted or actual aggressive threatening physical actions made towards any member of staff.
  2. The use of aggressive, threatening or abusive language, (including raising of the voice, swearing and cursing, shouting) which threatens or intimidates staff. 
  3. This policy applies throughout Allevia Health. It also applies to any employee away from the business premises but only in so far as it relates to the business of the organisation.
  4. Allevia Health reserves the right to remove any client or customer details from our systems and cease to correspond with or do business with you.
